VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

When you enter, for any reason, our facilities, we may collect your Personal Data such as image and voice, through the use of security cameras. These Personal Data will be used for the following necessary purposes: i) to identify you; ii) to ensure your security, the security of the Company, our facilities, our employees, related companies and third parties;  iii)  to make the Transfers set forth in the corresponding section; iv)  to comply with requirements of the competent authorities, legal obligations, or for the exercise or defense of a right; v)  to respond to requests that you make to us in relation to your Personal Data.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be transferred to the following third parties, for the purposes specified.

ITS RIGHTS

You have the right to request Access to the Personal Data we hold about you, to ask us to Rectify or update it; to request its Cancellation, when this is possible and to Object to us processing it for unnecessary purposes or on other legitimate grounds (also known as “ARCO Rights”). You may also request us to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data or to revoke the consent you have given us to process it.

You may exercise any of the above rights through our Corporate Personal Data Committee, either by sending an e-mail to datos.personales@kuo.com.mx or by sending us your request to the physical address referred to in the preamble of this document.

The request you send us must include at least the following: a) your name, address or other means of communicating the response; b) a clear description of the Personal Data in respect of which you wish to exercise any right and the right you wish to exercise; c) a copy of your official identification, and where appropriate, a copy of the document attesting to the personality of the third party acting in your name and on your behalf; d) any other information or documents facilitating the location of your Personal Data and; e) the amendments requested (in the case of the right of rectification).

If your request does not meet the specified requirements, we will let you know and give you 5 days to complete it. If you do not comply with the requirement, your application will be deemed not to have been submitted.

The Company will respond to your request within 20 business days from the date it is received in full; and if appropriate, we will implement it within 15 business days. These deadlines may be doubled under extraordinary circumstances.

We will be deemed to have given you Access to your Personal Data when we make a copy of it available to you, no matter through which means or format, as long as it is understandable. Before we give you access to your Personal Data, we will require you to prove your identity; this is for your own security.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in all advertising communications to you and communications with our electronic newsletter, we will include an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” option so that you can easily request that we stop sending you such communications.

Ways to Exercise Your Rights
